Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in the Riser and Son Funeral Home Chapel of Columbia with the Rev. Jeff Carter officiating.
Burial will be in the Catahoula Cemetery at Enterprise.
Mrs. Blackman was a native of Catahoula Parish and had lived many years at Bosco.
Survivors include three sons, P. E. Jones Sr. of Palmetto, Ga., C. B. Blackman Jr. of Redding, Calif., and Mayo Blackman Sr. of Alexandria; one step-daughter, Mrs. George E. Creed of Pineville; one brother, Oscar Hooter of Bosco; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
