Eva R. Wheeler, 80, of Cahokia, Illinois, born January 31, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky, died Monday, July 20, 2015 at Carbondale Memorial Hospital, Carbondale, Illinois.
Eva is in God's garden now. She was a strong person with an equally strong heart. She enjoyed taking care of her family, crocheting, and reading. Her home was open to anybody and being a guest in her home was something special.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wheeler, her parents; James and Gladys, nee Mayberry, Skaggs, and two sisters; Lucille Hawkins and Mildred Faulkner.
Surviving are her children; and other relatives and friends.
