Jerry Paul Harrell, age 58, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. He will be laid to rest at Rye's Chapel Cemetery.
Jerry's family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.

Jerry entered into this life on November 19, 1963 in Dickson County. He was a devout family man. A dedicated father and faithful husband, he loved being with his family and being there for his boys. Whether it was supporting them in school sports they played in or pulling the trailer for High School JROTC competitions, Jerry loved every minute of it. He also enjoyed meeting his best friends at Paul & Jackie's for food and fellowship time. Jerry owned and operated Queen City Asphalt for 32 years. Jerry was a fun loving guy who always had a come-back for anything you'd say. He will be sorely missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, June and Raymond Herrell. Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 40 years, Lisa Wall Harrell; sons, Stephen (Courtney) Harrell and Carlton Harrell; brothers, Jimmy Herald and Johnny (Jackie) Herald; grandchild, Remy Harrell; and two nieces and one nephew.

Serving as pallbearers are Michael Waters, Steve Keese, Jeremy Broome, Trey Johnson, James Beck, Billy Beck, Keven Schmidt, Clint Welker, and Jason Groves.
