Pauline Taylor, 91, of Summersville, WV passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Born December 13, 1929 at Birch River, she was a daughter of the late Thurman and Bessie Jackson Frame. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Jackson "Jack" Taylor; by her son, Darius Wayne Taylor; and by one great grandson, Joseph Wayne Groves, II.
She attended the Beulah Baptist Church at Muddlety, was a manager at Subway in Summersville, was a loving mother and grandmother, and was the last remaining family member of eight siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Monica Lay of Summersville; her son, Jeffrey L. Taylor of Summersville; nine grandchildren, many more great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021 in the White Funeral Home at Summersville. Interment will follow at the West Virginia Memorial Gardens at Calvin.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday one-hour prior to the funeral services.
