MILBURN -- Graveside rites for Noel M. Washington will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Condon Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Tom Caldwell officiating.
Washington died March 10, 1997, in North Las Vegas, Nev. He was born April 12, 1934, at Milburn to George N. and Algene Lee Washington.
An Army veteran, he had been a resident of the Las Vegas area 25 years and worked as a truck driver. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Survivors include his wife, Doris; two sons, Robert Rouse and Christopher Rule, all of Las Vegas; two daughters, Janice "JJ" Rouse, Dillon, Mont., and Jodi Rule-Rouse, Las Vegas; his mother, Oklahoma City; a brother, Tim, Plano, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Corbin Funeral Home will direct services.
