She was a loving caretaker for her family, as well as her beloved pets, Tiffany, Haley and Oreo. Kim was an avid fan of IU and UofL Basketball. She was also a big coffee drinker, enjoyed playing games on her phone and listening to Prince music.
Kim is survived by her husband, Tony Vaughn; sons, Ricky Brewer (Lauren), Austin Vaughn (Cheyenne), Tyler Vaughn (Kelsy); grandchildren, Landon, Peyton Brewer, Paisley, Aubrey, Clayton Vaughn; sister-in-law, Angie Vaughn; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Monday after 11:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Glenwood Cemetery in Elizabeth, Indiana.
