Mitch was born February 26, 1963 in Ozark to James Carmon and Opal Lea Johnson Montgomery. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Jessica Dawn Montgomery; and grandparents, Carmon & Oma Montgomery and Alfred and Giaitha Johnson.
Mitch is survived by a son, Hayden Trace Montgomery and sisters Betty Irby and Vickie Lynn Bateman.
A Family Held Memorial will be at a later date, cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Shaffer Funeral home of Ozark.
