Denise Kay Zimmerman, 61, of Peoria, passed away on Friday November 19, 2021 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born on March 9, 1960, in Bloomington, the daughter of Raymond and Ruth (Oertwig) Zimmerman.
She proudly served her country in the U.S. Army.
Denise is survived by her parents, Raymond and Ruth Zimmerman; three children, Michelle Jadczak, Cassandra Zimmerman and Corey Zimmerman; one grandson; three sisters, Deborah (Dave) Axelrod, Dorey Holt and Raachel (Bill) Myers and one brother, Roger Zimmerman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 5 to 5:30 pm at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral home in Eureka. Memorial service will follow. Pastor Joe Burns will officiate the service. Cremation Rites have been entrusted to Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home.
