He was the husband of Ruth (Perlstein) Cole and the father of Tobias, of India, Jacob of California and Benjamin of Pittsgrove. He is also survived by his parents, Howard and Blanche Cole of Clark's Pond, Fairton and his sister, Patricia Friedman of Hawaii.
Mr. Cole was a life-long resident of this area. He served his country honorably as a Marine in the Vietnam conflict. He then started a business now known as "Cole Brothers Marble & Granite" on Parvins Mill Road in Pittsgrove. His workmanship and integrity carried his reputation into many areas. He will be sadly missed by family and friends and all who knew him.
A memorial service in Mr. Cole's honor has been scheduled for March 7, 2005 at 8:00pm in the Rone Funeral Service, 1110 E. Chestnut Ave., Vineland. Friends will be received from 6:30 to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
The family asks in lieu of flowers donations in Mr. Cole's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
