Thomas was born on October 16, 1953 and made his home in Elyria all of his life.
He was employed by various companies as a laborer. A past member of St. Jude Church, he was known as a jokester, who loved holidays, fishing, and cookouts. He will miss his furry friend, Gooche.
Surviving him are sisters, Linda (Christopher) Lesniak of Elyria, and Cincy Jacobs of Amherst and two brothers, Bob Evans, Jr. and James Evans both of Elyria. Also surviving are five nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Jean Evans and his parents, Robert F. and Ethel (nee Gerhart) Evans.
Graveside services will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria, Ohio on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM. The Reichlin Roberts Funeral Home, 327 Cleveland Street, Elyria, Ohio (440) 365-1271 is assisting the family with the arrangements.
