David, age 52, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at his residence in La Porte, Texas. He was born July 2, 1968, in Houston, Texas to Jesse and Ellen Elsie Gonzales.
David loved his three daughters, two grandchildren, and his large extended family. He also loved his dog, Dumbass (his family calls her Dreamer). He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, rebuilding motors, and collecting his treasures. David was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and friend who was always there to lend a helping hand.
David is survived by his Ma, Ellen Elsie Gonzales of Sherman, Texas. Daughters; Taryn Raydon of Friendswood, Texas; Karah Gonzales of Pasadena, Texas; Lindy Gonzales of Santa Fe, Texas. Grandchildren; Emma Allen and Riley Allen. Brother, Jesse Ray Gonzales and wife Joyce of Humble, Texas; brother, Thomas Gonzales of Sherman, Texas; brother, Russell Lee Gonzales of Conroe, Texas; sister, Susan Gonzales Powell of La Porte, Texas; sister, Mary Helen Keene and husband Shawn of Austin, Texas; brother, Patrick Gonzales of Pasadena, Texas; sister, Linda Gonzales-King of La Porte, Texas; brother, Garret Sandlin and wife Kelley of Richmond, Texas; sister Carol Moore and husband Jerry of Savoy, Texas; sister, Kellie Piotrowski and husband Russell of Austin, Texas; plus many cousins, nephews, and nieces. David was preceded in death by his Pop, Jessie Gonzales, and Brother, Andre Gonzales. All whom he loved dearly.
