Christina Dean

Christina E. Dean, 56, of Boise, passed away at home on March 27, 2010, of cancer. Cremation was under the direction of Alden Waggoner Funeral Home. "Tina," as she was known to her family, was born in Shirley, Mass. on April 19, 1953, to John C. and Margie B. Dean, Ret. Msgt.

Tina had a heart of gold. She had so many medical issues over the years, but the cancer finally won. The family would like to thank all of her caregivers. She leaves behind her siblings, John C. Dean Jr. (Lynn) of Spokane, Wash., Joyce Anne Shelton (Patrick) of Boise, Nancy Bush (Ron) of McCall, Idaho, Francy Soulsby (Dennis) of Boise, and numerous nieces and nephews. Tina requested her ashes be scattered in a place near Idaho City by her family and close friend Scott Jacobsen. Her request will be honored sometime this summer.
