Ida Thelma Spade, 88, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Monday, March 22, 2004 at the Harborside Healthcare Center.

She was born on July 5, 1915 in Grassy Meadows, W. Va. to the late William Luther and Emma Blanche (Hoke) Spade.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Elmer Burns who passed in 1973.

She is survived by Daughters: Clara Small of Troy, Ohio; Mrs. Basil (Hilda) Hughart of Troy, Ohio; Mrs. Lyle (Mary) Plants of New Market, Tennessee; Sons: William Burns of St. Mary's, Georgia; Robert Burns of Columbus, Ohio; and Thomas Hall of Georgetown, Tennesse.

She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. George (Edith) Meadows of Hinton, West Virginia.

She has seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband preceding her in death are three brothers and two sisters.

She was of the Mehodist Faith.

The Rev. Steve Zimbelman will be officiating the service.
