Elizabeth "Bettie" Lou (Keevert) Blair, 87, passed away peacefully in her home on October 20, 2021, preceded by her husband of 67 years, Raymond, just a few months earlier.

She was born on September 12, 1934, in Zanesville, Ohio, to the late Otto Keevert and Thelma Irene (Robinson) Keevert.

Bettie and Ray were avid bridge players, and enjoyed camping and traveling the US. They spent their retirement years in Florida where they were active in their community and made lasting friendships. In the early 1970's, she ran Garda's Restaurant in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a locals' favorite.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Raymond Earl Keevert, her granddaughter, Molly Elizabeth Long, and her son, Michael.

She is survived by her sons Mark (Jane McNeil) Blair of Williamsburg, VA, and Dennis (Debbie) Blair of Westerville, OH; her daughter Becky (Billy) Kingsley of Churchville, VA; and daughter-in-law Judy DeNapoli of Littleton, CO. She will be remembered and missed by her eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
