Visitation will be at Anderson Bethany Funeral home from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. There will also be viewing on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 9:00, am to 2:00 pm, with services to follow at 2:00 pm also at Anderson Bethany Funeral home. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Pastor Shawn of Church on the Move will officiate.
On March 18, 1992, Angel was born to Esperanza Ruiz Martinez and Bertaldo Diaz Jr. in Hobbs, NM.
Those left to cherish Angel's memory are his mother, Esperanza Ruiz Martinez; father Jacob Martinez of Roswell, NM; father, Bertaldo Diaz and wife Sarah of Las Cruces NM; son, Carmine Cain Diaz of Lansing, MI; sister, Jessica Diaz of Roswell, NM; brother, Bert Diaz and wife Jeannette of El Paso, TX; brother, Ezekiel Martinez and girlfriend Krista of San Antonio Tx; brother, Mario Espinoza and wife Victoria of Tucson, AZ; brother, Jesse Espinoza of Tucson, AZ; brother, Salvador Espinoza of Tucson, AZ; brother, Danny Espinoza; brother, Jacob Martinez Jr; girlfriend, Esperanza Garcia; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Angel is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elva Munoz; grandfather, Feliciano Ruiz; grandfather, Nuno Cobarrubio; grandfather, Lolo Diaz; uncle, Manuel Hernandez; cousin, Isaiah Salazar; cousin, Manuel Quiroz; and numerous other family members.
Angel loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed family camping trips and spending Sundays watching his favorite football team, the "Tennessee Titans."
He was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.
