Born July 24, 1953, in Washington, DC the only child of the late Robert Emmett and Geraldine Haben Graham of Butler, PA. He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Eric.
He met the love of his life in Jr. high school at age 12. After apprenticing in his father's clock shop in Washington, DC, Rick took over in 1969, and then went on to graduate from Northwestern High School in 1971.
He was a classically trained guitarist, loved listening to and playing music, especially the Eagles, who he never missed an opportunity to see live, even if he had to travel. Rick was a devoted Washington Redskins fan, passing his love for the game and his team down to his children, for better or for worse (HTTR!). He loved to ski, and in his later years was an avid golfer.
His legacy lives on through his children and grandchildren, but his life's work at the clock shop will carry on through his eldest grandson who he mentored and taught the art of mechanical clock repair.
While not ready to let him go, his family will rest easy knowing that the patriarch of the Graham family undoubtedly filled his 68 years with love, laughter, and good times.
Until we meet again, you are loved and will be sorely missed forever.
A graveside service to celebrate Rick's life will be hosted at 2pm on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035, followed by a celebration of life to be held at the family home.
