Curtis Leon "Head" "Milk Man" Williams was born on September 24, 1957 in Marshall, Texas to Verdie Lee Moorehead Williams and Rayfield Williams. He was a 1975 graduate of Marshall High School.
At an early age, Curtis accepted Christ and became a member of Greater Oak Grove Baptist Church. As a young child, Curtis began working at Curry Store. He was a proud 31 year employee of the State of Texas Department of Tourism. Curtis loved his Sunny South Family, and he worked faithfully to assist his loving family, friends and entire Marshall Community.
Curtis was preceeded in death by his parents and one brother Leonard "Bug" Williams. Carrying on to cherish his memory are one son, Marcus Manning, two brothers, Charles (Patsy) Green, Walter T. Williams; two sisters, Shirley (Henry) Houston, Kathryn (Donnie) Jackson, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
