Beatrice Ann Rogers died on November 20th, 2021, after 104 years of joyful life. Bee inspired many with her fierce independence, creativity, determination, and love.

In 1947, Beatrice opened The Town Shop in Hightstown, which specialized in ladies' clothing. She ran the shop for 46 years, before retiring in 1993. The Hightstown Gazette called The Town Shop "one of Hightstown's most successful businesses." In addition to her passion for fashion, Bee loved reading, writing, and going antiquing. She was the Rogers family historian. She was also a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Hightstown.

Bee's parents were, William S. and Laurel A. (Mount) Rogers. She grew up on Fairview farm with her sisters, Ethel MacDaniel, Marion Heider and Constance Borsuk. Bee lives on through her nephews, nieces and their spouses: Gary and Leslie Borsuk, Wayne and Elizabeth Borsuk, Glenn and Dianne Borsuk, Susan and William Babek and Jeri and Art Spader. She will also be missed by her many loving grandnieces and grandnephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. at A.S. Cole Son & Co., 22 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ.

Interment will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown, NJ.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the A.S. Cole Son & Co. Funeral Home.
