Professionally, Barbara worked at various auto dealerships in the Toledo area, including the last 28 years of her career at Franklin Park Lincoln, retiring in 2014.
Barbara enjoyed painting pottery, parasailing, and spoiling her grandchildren, for whom she had a strong love. She was passionate about celebrating the Christmas season and built many holiday memories with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ronald Bruce; sons, Ron (Erika) Bruce Jr., and Gregory (Julia) Bruce; grandchildren, Meghan, Connor, Mason, and Violet Bruce; nephew, David Roberts; niece, Lisa Waugh. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Joanne Roberts.
Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, Rossford (419-666-1566) on Monday, November 23, 2021, at 10:30 AM. Burial will be private.
