Bonnie Jean Porter Epperson, age 86, of Glenwood, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021.
She was born on June 26, 1935, in Nashville, Arkansas. On February 27, 1954, she was married to Ernest Epperson who preceded her in death on June 29, 2019. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Dwight Eugene Epperson; her mother, Cordie Kersey Davis Porter; her father Herbert Newton Porter 1898-1957; two brothers, Buddy Davis and Doyle Davis; and her sister, Lois Thomas.
Bonnie worked over thirty-five years for the Glenwood Nursing Home and Murfreesboro Nursing Home. She enjoyed taking care of her parrot, Tweety, sitting on her porch and loved being with her two granddaughters.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; two granddaughters and their husbands; a step-grandson and his wife; a step-granddaughter and seven great-grandchildren.
