Death of Old Resident
Roswell H. Albee, for the past 40 years a resident of the county, died Thursday at the home of his step daughter, Mrs. Bert Gatliff, in Eureka He was a native of Maine, 71 years of age. Death was incident to his advanced age. Besides the step daughter, deceased is survived by one son, William H. Albee of Elk River. Fraternally he was a member of Humboldt Lodge of Odd Fellows.

Interment of Roswell H. Albee was made yesterday afternoon in Myrtle Grove Cemetery, following services held at the Pierce chapel. The Rev. John T. Shurtleff officiated. Pallbearers were G. McLellan, C. F Roberts, Charles Potter, Charles Hitchings, S. T. Weatherby and W.W. Price.
