Clara Belle (Ballard) Row, age 89, passed away Saturday December 19, 2020.

Clara was born on August 13,1931 to Chester and Etta Frazier Ballard in Gouldbusk, Texas. She graduated Valedictorian from Mozelle High School in Coleman County, Texas. She married the love of her life, James M. Row on May 24, 1950. Clara was a longtime resident of Midland. She was employed with MISD at the Science Center for many years before she retired in 1999. She was a member of Crestview Baptist Church. Clara enjoyed teaching children in Sunday School, sewing, needle work and spending time with her family and most of all, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James M. Row, son Gary Rex Row, seven sisters and four brothers.

Clara is survived by son Jim Row and wife Janelle, daughter Debbie Evans and husband John, son Terry Glen Row, all of Midland, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Aleta Trigg of Corpus Christi, Joan Stanton and husband Don of Silsbee, her brother Chester Ballard of Brownwood, many nieces, nephews and friends.
