Services for Kimberly Ann Perkins, one-year-old twin daughter of Tom and JoAnn Perkins, were held Dec. 30 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Norfolk. The Rev. Tom Matt officiated. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
