Betty Jean Robbins, 89, of Burkburnett, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021.
The family will receive friends between 2 and 4 p.m. Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Joe Coombes, officiating. Interment will follow at Burkburnett Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.
Betty was born on January 28, 1932 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to the late Monroe Mathews and Bertha May Walker Mathews. She was also preceded in death by her husband; her son; four brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Simmons and husband Scott; two grandsons, Christopher Simmons, and Jonathan Simmons and his wife Joycelin; her great-grandson, Zachary Johnson; and her lifelong best friend, Hazel Parker.
