She was in the Music Industry and was the founder and president of Texas 16th Ave Productions.
Survivors include her mother, Alfreida Guynes Lewis and father, Walter Lewis; daughters Johnlyn Lester and her husband, Joe, Lara Tippett and her husband, Steve, Vicki Schwartz and her husband, Myles; son, Brad Hatfield; sister, Jean Caruthers and her husband, Joe; brother Tom Marcus Jones and his wife, Kathy; grandchildren, Melissa Schwartz and Matthew Schwartz; nephew, Joseph Caruthers, and niece, Amanda Willett.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, William Henry Hatfield and her father, Tom Howard Jones.
