Kevin Lynn Cooper, 60, of Troutville passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021. He was born on March 9, 1961 in Bridgeton, New Jersey to the late James J. And Virginia Hall Cooper. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Daryll Cooper and Kurt Cooper and sister-in-law, Susan Cooper.

Kevin had owned his own construction and remodeling business for thirty years before he retired. He loved traveling to the ocean and the mountains and loved to fish.

Left to cherish his memory is his fiancée of 11 years, Brenda "Ann" Jodoin; his nephews, Cory Ross Cooper and R.J. Cooper; a niece Daye Cooper; a younger brother, Troy Cooper (Rhonda) and many great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Oakey's East Chapel with a funeral service being held at 10:00 am. Burial will follow the service at East Hill Cemetery, Salem, VA
