Betty Jean Adams Stanley
AUGUST 5, 1952 – NOVEMBER 18, 2021

Betty Jean "Jeanie" Adams Stanley was a caring Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She left this world on November 18, 2021, at age 69 in Franklin, GA.
Even though Jeanie was born with cerebral palsy; she definitely left her mark on those around her; with her pleasant personality that was contagious to everyone she met. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Jeanie. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. She loved playing with babies, learning to paint, watching television, dancing like no one was watching, and listening to music such as her favorite artist Elvis Presley. Jeanie was born to Gene and Betty Adams and is survived by her daughter Danuel Peacher, father Gene Adams, sister Melinda Brown, brother Bill Adams, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m., on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Evergreen Memorial Park, 3655 Atlanta Hwy., Athens, GA.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the graveside service at the cemetery.
