Born in Dillon County, SC, August 26, 1958, she was the daughter of the late King David Summerford and Minnie Nolan Summerford. She was the widow of the late Henslee Reedy Martin.
Survivors include her daughter, Sylvia Jean Vazquez (Clifton Jacobs) of Dillon; son, Christopher David Summerford of Dillon; grandchildren, Jeffery Summerford, Natalie Vazquez and Angelina Vazquez; brothers and sisters, James Summerford (Brenda), Sarah Jacobs, Donald Summerford (Joyce), all of Latta, Sue Bell, Ronnie Summerford (Gloria), Ricky Summerford, and Ann Summerford, all of Dillon; many nieces and nephews.
