Mr. Ronnie Jordan was born on May 8, 1952, to the late Mrs. Lillie Maud Holt Jordan and the late Mr. Felix Jessie Jordan, Jr. in Roberta, Crawford County, GA. He attended public school in Crawford County. At an early age, he joined the Jordan Grove Baptist Church. During his early adult years, Ronnie found employment in the Thomaston Mills. He was employed for over twenty-one years. He met and courted Ms. Bennie Lue Rouseau and, on April 23,1980, they were joined in marriage. He and Bennie shared forty-one years together in marriage until his death. He was the father of three children and the grandfather of three. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy, and he always placed his family first.

During his leisure time, Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, working puzzles traveling, fishing, cooking, working on his cars and trucks, and watching television. He never met a stranger, he was always friendly, and would give his last to anyone in need. Anyone who met him would love him right away. Ronnie was preceded in death by one sister, Lilly Mae Scott; and one brother, Donnie Jordan. On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, the Lord called him home to eternal rest. He is now free from all sickness pain and sorrow. His departure has saddened the hearts of his family, but his memory will live on.
