Age 59. s/o George & Hulda Ann (Parker) Dowd. md. 1st - Frances Fox. md. 2nd - Clara Appleby. Clara md. 1st to ______LaRusch. Earl Dowd had brothers: DeForest Dowd of Frewsburg; Francis Dowd of Frewsburg; Ernest Dowd of Bemus Point; Clarence Dowd of Conewango Valley; Raymond Dowd of Jamestown. He had four stepsons: Edward LaRusch, Albert LaRusch, Richard LaRusch all of Jamestown and Frank LaRusch of Korea.
