Johnnie was born April 4, 1924 in Rover, AR the daughter of the late Johnnie Watson and Cynthia Harris.
She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Johnelle Cohen; 3 grandchildren, Ben Cohen, Grace Veenker, and Melissa Cohen; 2 great grandsons, Steven Veenker and Jonah Veenker and several nieces and nephews.
Johnnie retired as Comptroller for Southwestern Bell/AT&T.
She was a founding charter member of the Lakewood United Methodist Church, and a lifetime member of the Arkansas Symphony Guild. She was avid volunteer with the Salvation Army, CARTI, Arkansas Children's Hospital, Red Cross, the Arkansas Symphony and the United Methodist Woman's organization among others.
She enjoyed camping, boating, water skiing, horseback riding, motorcycling, and canoeing with her family and attended family reunions every year for over 65 years.
Johnnie was preceded in death by her husband Jack DeHaven Cohen, her son Gary DeHaven Cohen and all 7 of her siblings.
