The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Byrd will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, (2120 Renaud Street in Beaumont, Texas 77703). The practicing of social distancing and Facial Masks are required. Military Honors Burial Service will be held at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas. A public viewing for Mr. Byrd will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Mount Calvary Baptist Church from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., the practicing of Social Distancing and Facial Masks are required.
Mr. Byrd's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his children, Earl Byrd, Jr. (Gloria), of Hayward, California, Janice Byrd, of Oakland, California, Ronald Byrd (Pamela), of Beaumont, Texas, Marvin Byrd, Jr. (Pamela) of Beaumont, Texas and Cynthia Byrd (Alfred) of Sacramento, California;nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
