Pamela Joy "Pam" Fletcher, 63, of Martin passed away 5:23 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Pam was born November 22, 1957, in Fulton, Kentucky, daughter of the late Thomas Carlton and Violet (Milner) Connell. She was a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin and was a retired program supervisor with the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services. Pam was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.

She is survived by two daughters, Valerie Bishop and Zoe Fletcher both of Martin; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Charity Mounce of Owensboro, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Courtney Mounce and Wesley Mounce both of Owensboro, Kentucky and Cai Ingram and Olivia Bishop both of Martin; and three sisters, Patricia Essary of Union City, Peggy Beasley of Murfreesboro and Judy Woodruff of South Fulton.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Lynn Connell.
