Son of Isaac J and Kathryn K (Schmidt) Norris. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Spartech Plastics in Greenville after 27 years. He was a member of East Zion Church in Greenville. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clarence Norris; and brothers-in-law, Harold Sharp and Donald Zeller. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Patricia A (Powell) Norris, whom he married June 15, 1974; children, Travis Norris of Greenville, Natalie and Kevin Scripture of Richmond, IN, Nicholas and Christine Norris of Greenville, and Karla and Jonathan Price of Oxford; grandchildren, Destiny Norris, Isaac Norris, Jeremy Barnes, Bryant Barnes, Brandon Barnes, Mariah Barnes, Brittany Barnes, Bryn Price, Nora Price, Felix Price, Molly Vea and Andy Scripture; thirteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Lavonne Sharp, Modoc, IN, Carol andJim Holsapple of Arcanum, Wanda and Leroy Billenstein of North Star, and Betty Zeller of Greenville; and sister-in-law, Connie Norris of Union City, IN.
