Arkansas Wheeler was the daughter of Burrell and Catherine "Katie" Thomas Wheeler. She married David Columbus Avery 1871-1956. They had the following children: William Avery b. 23 Oct 1892; Bertha Avery b. 12 Jul 1895; Folrazell Avery b. 01 Nov 1897; David W. Avery b. 04 Dec 1900; Lillie Avery b. 10 Feb 1902; Minnie Avery 10 Mar 1903; Ida Maude Avery b. 25 Jul 1904, and another possible birth that caused her death on 08 May 1908. There is not a marked grave for Arkansas in the cemetery, although relatives remember her being buried here.
