He graduated from East High School in 1968.
He later met his sweetheart Ida Spain who he married on February 24, 1969.
Robert worked in Racine, WI, Clay Equipment and John Deere as a machine specialist operator. Robert also worked at Black Hawk County as a Jailer/Transport Officer later becoming a Deputy Sheriff.
To know Robert was to love him. He loved the lord first and foremost...Family, traveling, joking, gospel music, guns, singing, western's, Days of Our Lives and watermelon.
He dressed sharply in suits and Stacy Adams.
Robert also sang with gospel group The Soul Survivors.
He loved God. Robert was a man who didn't mind working for the Lord, giving his time, talent and finances. He took pride in taking care of the church.
He was a man of integrity and accountability. Robert loved his family and always made time for them.
He loved his "dobbie" Mello who passed away in 2009.
Robert took pride in being a leader and pillar of his community through law enforcement and being a deacon at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
Robert had a plethora of hobbies.
Robert will be missed by his devoted and loving wife , sons, His grandchildren. Great-grandchildren His sisters His brother's . A special goddaughter. Nieces and Nephews.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Pythias and Nona Frazier, his brothers, Rev. Pythias Frazier, Jr., Willie James Frazier, Damon T. Frazier, Rev. Daniel F. Frazier, and a sister, Ruthie Moore.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 18, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation will be for one hour before services on Thursday at the church.
