Kelsey L. Stumpf, 19, of Springfield died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, in St. Clair County. She was born Jan. 30, 1988, in Springfield, the daughter of Greg and Denise Suter Stumpf.
She was a lifelong resident of Springfield and a student at John A. Logan College. She was a member of St. Aloysius Church and a 2006 graduate of Ursuline Academy, where she was co-captain of the cheerleading squad. She was a member of the UIS cheerleading team.
Surviving are her parents, Greg and Denise Stumpf of Springfield; sister; grandparents, Eileen Suter and Jim and Jeannie Stumpf and Norman Weiskopf; great-grandmother, Virginia Etherton.
Concelebrated Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Church. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
