James T. Osborne, age 76, of Pine City, NY. He was born February 21, 1945 in Elmira, NY, son of the late Clayton and Eunice (DeWitt) Osborne and passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at home after an extended illness. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara (Sampsell) Osborne; children Deanne & JR Bates, Jennifer K. Biggs, David & Sarah Osborne; grandchildren Sierra (Tyra), Tyler (Justin), Alexis (Jordan), Hannah, Belle, Sammie, Mareena and Anna; great grandchildren Jaxon, Theo and Alianna; siblings Tom & Beth Osborne, Larry & Laurie Osborne, Pat & Jerry Moore, Bobby & Sheri Osborne along with several nieces and nephews. Jim was employed with the City of Elmira for 18 years. He then owned The Woodchest in Elmira Heights and later became an accomplished artist owning JTO Artwork.
