Ragley-Memorial Service for Rebecca Herron, 53, will be held at Dry Creek Bible Church on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 6 p.m. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.
The family will receive visitors at Dry Creek Bible Church on Thursday evening from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
Rebecca was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was devoted to her husband, Coney for 17 years until his passing in 2001. She was a dedicated member of LeBlanc Pentecostal Church for the past 5 years. Rebecca enjoyed fishing, spending time with her family, and taking care of others. She dearly adored her dog, Baby, whom she had for 17 years. Rebecca was a very compassionate person with a heart of gold who do anything to help anyone in need. She was a person that one could turn to for anything. Rebecca will be sadly missed by all of those who were a part of her life.
Those left to cherish Rebecca's memory include her daughter, Haiylee Herron of Reeves; one brother, Jessie Kemp and wife, Glenda of Ragley; one sister, Carol Stretton of Reeves; and a host of extended family and friends.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Aline Stretton and one sister, Judy Stretton.
