Norman Evans III, age 65, of Flat Rock, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in Woodhaven, Michigan.
Born on June 29, 1955 in Flint, Michigan, he was the son of Norman and Corabelle Evans. On November 29, 2008 he married Lisa Leadingham in the First Baptist Church of Flat Rock.
He was employed as a Porter until retiring.
Norman enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, and he loved his dogs, Charlotte, Missy and Crowley. He was the surrogate father to squirrels, guinea pigs and raccoons.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Karen, and a son Norman.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Evans; children Shawn, Cory, Brandon, Stephen and Chris; step-child Kevina; grandchildren Brianna, Chace, Khloe, Josh, Jordan, Alisha, Demi and Gavin; great-grandchildren Everleigh, Alaia and Owen; sister Betty (Phillip) Forster and brothers Randy (Darlene) Evans and Colvin Evans.
Friends may visit in the Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock Chapel on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with Funeral Services beginning at 2 pm. Burial will be in Huron Valley Cemetery, Flat Rock, Michigan.
