Jolene Finlinson Williams, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 14, 2021. Jolene was born on September 12, 1965, in Logan, Utah to Neal Walker Finlinson and Mary Eileen Bell Finlinson.

She graduated from Delta High School then went to Snow College before serving a mission in Nova Scotia where she met her husband, Darris. They were married in the Idaho Falls Temple on August 24, 1989.

Jolene had such a fun, bright, and bubbly personality that was infectious to all those around her. She was a friend to everyone she met. She adored her kids and grandkids and spoiled them like crazy. Jolene was also like a second mom to so many people over the years.

She was a hard worker and loved being a teacher. She taught preschool in her home for many, many years. She started teaching Special Education in 2018 and was very proud of herself for getting her master's degree in 2020; which she completed in under a year.

Jolene had a strong testimony of her Heavenly Father and Savior and served in many callings in her church including Young Women's President, Primary teacher, and Nursery leader.

Jolene is survived by her husband Darris; her children: Jami (Shaun) of Lehi, UT; Shonte' (Curtis) of Delta, UT; Kiera of American Fork, UT; Dezirae of Pleasant Grove, UT; two grandchildren Andelynn and Carter; her siblings: Todd (Julie) Finlinson of Logan, UT; sister-in-law: Dee Finlinson of Henderson, NV; Doug (Stephanie) Finlinson of Syracuse, UT; Janae (Lydell) Lovell of Oak City, UT. She was preceded in death by her mom Mary Eileen Bell Finlinson; her brother Tom Finlinson; two nieces Ashlee Eileen Finlinson and Ashley Nicole Finlinson.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 29, at noon at the Cedar Hills 15th Ward LDS Chapel, 10351 Bayhill Dr. A viewing will be held that day at 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.

Friends unable to attend are also invited to view the recorded video of the service. The link will be posted with her obituary on this page. Burial will be in the Highland City Cemetery.
