Anthony "Andy" Wade Lyons of Bowling Green, died on November 15, 2021 after a long battle with kidney disease. He was 43 years old. He was born on September 7, 1978.
Andy is preceded in death by his son Nathan Wade Lyons and his mother Brenda Woodward Basham.
He is survived by his daughter Kaylee Jade Lyons; biological father David Lyons and his step-dad Billy Basham, Sr.; siblings Misty Simpson (Jimmy), Tim Lyons and Kim Lyons Pogue; niece and nephew Breeanna Jo and Hunter Wade Simpson; his uncle Bobby Hines and his aunt Betty Hines of Lexington, KY, along with many other loved family and friends.
Andy loved spending time with his daughter, Kaylee. He enjoyed having fun with his friends and family. Andy will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.
