Mina Shoemaker, 86 of Stanton, the widow of Taylor Shoemaker passed away Sunday December 15, 2013 at the Clark regional medical center. She is survived by one son Tom; daughter's Dorothy,, Brenda, Rebecca and stepdaughter Irene; 19 grandchildren and one sister Mila McNay of Independence. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Martha Holder, her husband Taylor Shoemaker, one son Taylor Shoemaker Junior, one daughter Mary Ellen Giles, three grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 18,2013 at the Grayson funeral home chapel with Bro. Ralph Farmer officiating. Burial followed in the Kennon Cemetery.
