Tony served as a patrolman with the Toledo Police Department for 19 years, retiring in 2011. He was employed by the Veteran's Administration as a medical support assistant.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen, and brother, James. Tony is survived by his wife of 34 years, Susan; sons, Anthony Jr. (Sayo), Vincent (Courtney); siblings, Martin (Anne) French, Marie (Steve) Polyasko, David (Julie) French and Steve (Christine) French; his many nieces, nephews; and one great-nephew.
Family and Friends are invited to celebrate his life at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., Thursday, July 28, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Friday, July 29, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
