Billy Thomas Hall, 78 of Athens passed away peacefully at home on November 14, 2021. He was born in Athens, Texas and remained a life long resident. Billy was a graduate of Athens High School and Texas A&M University with a degree in agriculture. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jean Brown and step-father; Tom Brown, step-daughter; Lisa Baker Ferguson.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Peggy Wagoner Baker Hall, step-daughters; Beverly Baker Dickerson and husband Barry & their daughter Brooklyn, De Ann Baker, granddaughters; Caitlin Ferguson Schwark and Mary Grace Ferguson.
There will be a private service at a later date.
