Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Hughes Williams, 62, of Ringgold, Georgia went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at her residence. A lifelong resident of the Ringgold area, she was a 1977 graduate of Ringgold High School and was a former employee of Belk Department Store. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and was a former Sunday School Teacher at Frawley Road Baptist Church for many years. She is preceded in death by her father, James Edward Hughes; mother and step-father, Carolyn Irene and Ray James Brown; grandparents, Alton and Dorothy Hughes and Irene Louise Catlin; and father-in-law, Paul Myers. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Richard "Rick" Williams of Ringgold, GA.; three daughters, Crystal (Jonathon) King of Ringgold, GA., Candice (Matt) Dale of Clermont, GA., and Shannon (Jack) Rairden of East Ridge, TN.; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hughes of East Ridge, TN.; sister, Gigi (Randy) Dodd of Cleveland, TN.; brother, Jimmy (Teresa) Hughes of Augusta, GA.; six grandchildren, Keely Dale, Maggie Dale, Clark Plank, Eli King, Faith King and Zeke King; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held 2;00 P.M. Thursday at Pine Grove Cemetery with Pastor Gary Clark officiating. The family will receive friends 4-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel 443 Boynton Dr. Ringgold, Georgia.
