John R. Mann, 78, of Mishawaka, Indiana passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021. John was born on April 14, 1943 to Donald and Vivian Mae Mann. On June 25, 1966, in Elkhart, IN, John was united in marriage to Cherryl Ann Umbarger.
John earned his Master's Degree in Education from Indiana University. He was known for his faith in God and he truly loved his family. He was a fan of all sports, including the Chicago White Sox, Indiana University, and Jimtown football.
John is survived by his wife, Cherryl Mann; his daughter, Trudy Joy (Frank) Vandy; his son, Christian Adair (Emily) Mann; three grandchildren, Romey Dull, Frank Vandy, and Lucy Vandy; his sister, Nancy Whiteman; and his brother, Donald (Betty) Mann. John is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Vivian Mae Mann.
