Daniel "Big D" Ray Roberts, 30, of Cherry Hill, Arkansas moved on from this life on Saturday, November 13, 2021. He was born December 17, 1990 in Pensacola, Florida but Cherry Hill has been his home for the last sixteen years.

Daniel was the youngest of four children, and may or may not have been his mama's favorite. He graduated with his GED from Rich Mountain Community College and he was extremely proud of that achievement. He worked a variety of jobs until he finally found the place where he truly belonged at Crider Aircraft.

Those who had the pleasure to know Daniel loved him. If there was ever a word to describe him it would be charismatic. Others have remembered him as hardworking, respectful and hilarious. Daniel had a quiet strength that he used to help and protect those around him. Whether he was sticking up for someone at school or carrying the family through tough times, Daniel dealt with everyone else's problems as his own. Even after his passing, Daniel has continued to help others by donating his organs and tissues to help others live better, longer lives. Daniel's nephew Hunter, wants everyone to know that Uncle Daniel was a good man and he always did his best and that lasting memory will live inside us forever.

Sadly, though, there were times when life's struggles overwhelmed even Daniel. When the darkness of addiction threatened to put out the light of Daniel's heart, he was committed to finding a better way to live for himself, and his family; most importantly for his kids. Daniel's three amazing children were the light of his life and he hoped one day to be the role model that they deserve.

Daniel enjoyed many things in life: video games, he was so excited the first time he got to take a trip back in time at the Mena Arcade, listening to music, especially his favorite rap artists and collecting pennies. His favorite color was green. Most of all though, Daniel loved spending time with family and friends. Of course, when he needed guidance, he turned to the Bible which he kept close at hand.

He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Phillip Ray Williams and Rose Lewis and Donald Roberts and Patsy Vilar.

Survivors: parents, Daniel and Rachel; children, Daniel Matthew, Ezekiel James and Savannah Audrey; sister, Suzette Cochran (Cody) and their children, Hunter and Hailey of Mena, AR; brother Jeremy Roberts of Mena, AR; sister, Katie Roberts, her partners, Eoin Dockter and Jessie Curtis and their four children, Silas, Astrid, Julian and Daisy of Jacksonville, AR.

The family will be holding a memorial service to honor Daniel's life at the Cherry Hill Fire House Community Room located in Cherry Hill of Polk Road 70 on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Daniel's memory to the Drug Court Fund, 3028 in the Polk County Collector's Office, 507 Church Ave, Mena, AR 71953.
