Graveside services honoring her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Bethsaida Cemetery in Many, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Bro. Doug Chance.
Preceding Joyce are her parents, Leamon and Lola Peveto; first husband and father of her children, Pops Ebarb; husband, Lawrence Moore; son, Michael Ebarb; brothers, Lauree' Peveto, Leonard Peveto, Buddy Peveto, Lester Peveto, and Charles Peveto; sister, Jean Edgar. Left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Jim Ebarb of Zwolle, LA and Jeff Ebarb of Wilma, AL; five grandchildren; granddaughter, Brandy Ebarb; five great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; along with special friend, Arlene Small (Ms. Joyce's Angel on Earth).
