It is with a broken heart that we announce that Helen passed away the morning of November 6, 2021.
Helen was the daughter of Rosalie and the late James Potter. She was a graduate of Western Maryland College. Helen was a 20-year employee of the Home Depot which fueled her art and creativity outlet in Kitchen Design.
She was an amazing Christian, Wife, Daughter, Sister & Mother. She embraced life every day as a gift from God. Helen was a selfless friend to everyone she came in contact with both personally and professionally.
She would like everyone to celebrate her life and cherish your memories with her rather than be saddened by her passing.
In addition to her mother, Helen is survived by a brother, Jim Potter; her husband, John Curry; and a wonderful daughter, Savannah St John, and her husband, Shaun Lawson.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Helen's life on Saturday, November 13, 2021, from 10 AM until her funeral service at 11 AM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island, Edgewater, MD.
